Setpoint Index joins that record, translates care-minutes performance into dollars and makes genuine peer comparison possible. The wider Setpoint platform then uses that market denominator to model rosters, define board-approved operating policy and test funding scenarios.

We are deliberately building decision infrastructure—not another rostering system. The product is designed to work without resident data, invasive integrations or a long IT project.
